Intake
Upon becoming a customer, you will be given a supply of pre-assigned bar code labels. They will identify any boxes coming to us as being yours, whenever that may be.
At your convenience your staff, or with our help, will catalogue your boxes of documents and affix the appropriate label. After receiving a call or e-mail from you, we will pick-up your boxes and locate them to our warehouse. They will then be scanned into our database and located onto our shelves.
Retreival
Should you need to retrieve a box or file, a simple call or e-mail by one of your pre-authorized employees is all it takes. We will locate your file and deliver it to you, even right to your desk.
Whatever your needs, emergency rush deliveries, after hour retrievals or deliveries to remote locations, we will work with you, because we work for you.
